Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Guests will receive check-in instructions one hour prior to check-in time on the day of arrival via platform messages, email, or text messages. This is a non-smoking property; smoking of any kind is prohibited, and deodorizing fees start at $500 if smoke is detected. Parties and events are strictly not allowed. If a party or event is found, or if there are more people in the unit than listed on the reservation, the guest accepts full responsibility for any city fines or lawsuits, and will forfeit 100% of their security deposit. Locals are not hosted, and any local bookings will receive an automatic cancellation. Noise complaints will result in an immediate call to the police, with no warnings, and forfeiture of 100% of the security deposit. The Nest thermostats are locked between 68-78 degrees in the Summer and 60-72 degrees in the Winter. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests indicated on the reservation; exceeding this number will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the security deposit. Guests are expected to leave the suite as they found it, with dishes cleaned and put away, and trash taken out before departure. Furniture is not to be moved, and a $100 fee per piece will be charged if furniture needs to be repositioned. Firearms and other weapons are prohibited on the property. A rental agreement must be read and signed to confirm the reservation.
