Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. For every half hour past check-out, a $100 charge will apply. Smoking of any kind, including marijuana and cigarettes, is strictly prohibited, with deodorizing fees starting at $500 for any detected smoke smell. Parties and events are not allowed, and guests are responsible for any city fines or lawsuits resulting from their actions or those of their guests. Exceeding the reserved occupancy will result in the loss of the security deposit. Moving furniture is prohibited and will incur a $100 fee per piece moved. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. The Nest thermostats are locked between 68-78 degrees in the Summer and 60-72 degrees in the Winter. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Dishes must be cleaned and put away, and trash must be taken out before departure. Locals are not hosted, and any bookings from locals will be automatically canceled. Guests may be asked for additional documentation or security deposits. The rental agreement must be signed to confirm the reservation.
