Smoking of any kind, including marijuana and cigarettes, is strictly prohibited indoors. If any smoke smell is detected, deodorizing fees start at $500. Noise complaints will result in an immediate call to the police, with no warnings, and forfeiture of 100% of your security deposit. Nest thermostats are locked between 68-78 degrees in the summer and 60-72 degrees in the winter. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests indicated on your reservation; exceeding this limit will result in the forfeiture of 100% of your security deposit. Please leave the suite as you found it, with dishes cleaned and trash removed. Furniture should not be moved. Firearms and other weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation.
