Centrally located in Soulard, one of the fastest growing and most lively areas of St. Louis, this apartment offers close vicinity to public transportation, making it easy to get around St. Louis.
Locals are not hosted, and any bookings made by locals will be automatically canceled. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed! If you are found to have a party or event, or if there are more people in the unit than listed on your reservation, you accept full responsibility for any city fines or lawsuits resulting from your actions or the actions of your guests during your reservation, and you will lose 100% of your security deposit. Check-out is at 11 am, and for every half hour you or your group is not checked out of the unit, you will be charged $100. Check-in is at 4 pm, and you will receive instructions to check in 1 hour prior to the check-in time on the day you arrive. No smoking is allowed. If there is a smell of any kind of smoke in the property, deodorizing fees start at $500 and will be charged back to the guest. If a noise complaint is received, the police will be called immediately. There are no warnings, and 100% of your security deposit will be kept. The Nest thermostats are locked so that they cannot be adjusted outside the range of 68 78 degrees in the Summer and 60 72 degrees in the Winter. Candles in the suite are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests indicated on your reservation. If it is found that there are more guests than indicated on the reservation, you will lose 100% of your security deposit. Please leave the suite as you found it, with all of the dishes cleaned and put back, as well as trash taken out before your departure. No moving furniture, even temporarily. If furniture is moved and has to be put back in its original place, it costs $100 per piece of furniture that needs to be put back. Firearms and other weapons are prohibited on or near the property. Guests and anyone entering the property at any time during your reservation are strictly prohibited from bringing firearms and weapons on the premises or inside the property. The guest booking the reservation will be solely responsible for all actions of any additional guests or people at the property.
