Non-smoking. Landlord prefers income 3X of the rental price. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. There is $400 pet deposit and a non-refundable $400 pet allowance fee. All security deposits are due upon contract execution and first month's rent is due before move-in. For application, below information will be needed: 1. Written application form for each applicant over 18 (will send per request) 2. Copy of DL for each applicable applicant 3.
