Lease terms

Lease Duration Standard lease term is 12 months unless otherwise agreed upon. Monthly Rent & Fees Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees may apply for payments received after the due date. Security deposit required (typically equal to one month's rent). Utilities Residents are responsible for water and electricity. Any additional utilities or services are the responsibility of the tenant unless otherwise specified. Occupancy & Use Unit is to be used for residential purposes only. Occupancy is limited to approved tenants listed on the lease. Smoking Policy No smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the premises. Pet Policy No pets allowed. Maintenance & Upkeep Tenants are expected to maintain the unit in clean and good condition. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear are the responsibility of the tenant. Application Requirements Background, credit, and income verification required. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to pay rent consistently.
