- Kitchen needs to be cleaned up within 3 hours after use
- No overnight guests for more than 5 nights per month
- 3 days notice and consent for party or gathering of more than three

- No drugs, alcohol, or smoking
- Refundable security deposit - 1/2 to 2 month's rent
- You should be responsible, clean, and respectful
- I perform credit check, criminal background check, employment verification, and rental history verification on every applicant ($40 screening fee).
