No inoperable vehicles permitted on the property. * First month's rent and security deposit are due prior to move-in and key delivery. * Tenant is responsible for any damage caused by occupants, guests, or pets. OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS * All adult occupants (18 years of age or older) must complete an application, pass the required screening process, and be approved by the landlord prior to residing at the property. * Only individuals listed on the lease agreement may occupy the property as residents. * Guests staying more than 14 consecutive days or more than 30 cumulative days within a 12-month period may be required to apply and be added to the lease, subject to landlord approval. * Unauthorized occupants constitute a lease violation and may be grounds for lease termination.
