This building has rent control, which means that your rent can increase approximately 3% per year. The neighborhood is VERY walkable (walk score is 97/100, the highest in Los Angeles). Building is walking distance to Sunset Strip, Hollywood Walk of Fame, TCL/Grauman's Theatre, West Hollywood, and beautiful Runyon Canyon park. Less than 5 minute walk to multiple grocery stores, library, pharmacy, gyms, and tons of great restaurants, cafes, and bars (Tiago, Public, Library Bar, Hard Rock Cafe, Pink Pepper, Urban Ramen, etc). If you want to live in a walkable, hip, artsy L.A. neighborhood, this is the place to do it. You honestly do not need a car in this neighborhood (but if you have one, we have a parking space available). There is also great public transit (building is 2 blocks from the Hollywood/Highland metro station, as well as many bus lines).
