Just a stone's throw away from Beaver Stadium, Downtown State College, and Radio Park Elementary School. This is my primary residence but I am looking to sublet while traveling, thus the home is furnished with essentials included, a la Airbnb (kitchen appliances, linens, towels, etc.). Spanning 3,600 sq. ft., the home offers five sleeping areas, two living room spaces, and two decks + large fenced in yard for you and your furry friends to enjoy. Three-story home w/ walk out basement. Sleeping areas include a primary suite on the main floor (king bed), two bedrooms upstairs in an open concept layout (2 queen beds), and two sleeping alcoves in the basement (double bed and 2 twin beds). Each floor of the home has a full bath. The kitchen is fully-stocked to cook a large family meal. Help yourself to the kitchen appliances and food staples. Enjoy the outdoor bar on our back deck and the large fenced in yard. Garage + driveway fits 3-4 cars depending on size. Utilities: Given length of availability, the Renter is billed for utilities via landlord (no need to sign up for internet or electric yourself). Electric and internet billed monthly, water billed at end of stay on pro rated basis for usage. Can provide utilities estimates based on historical actuals. Renter is responsible for snow clearance during winter months. Cleaning: I request that the Renter coordinates cleaning of the home at least 1x per month with my cleaner. It usually takes 7-9 hours to clean the whole home and costs ~$250. Don't hesitate to inquire with further questions!
