Hi! I'm looking to sublet a room in my apartment for the summer. (Currently $200 off every month if you sign asap! Valid through 05/01/26 - 06/17/26). This is a very nice, modern 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment located near 14th & Hilyard just a 5-minute walk to campus in a super central location. The unit includes in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, balcony, AC and heating, and recently upgraded features. The kitchen was renovated in August, the walls are freshly painted, and the carpets are brand new all while keeping the original rental price. The apartment comes unfurnished, but I'm happy to negotiate a price to leave my furnishings if you're interested, or I can remove them before move-in. Rent is $1125/month, plus a flat $25 fee for water, sewer, and garbage. Electricity and WiFi are already set up and will be included for an additional fee with rent for convenience. Renters insurance is required by the landlord and is a separate cost. There is garage parking available for $150/month, or street parking for $150 for 3 months. Parking is optional, not required. The building has multiple staircases and an elevator, making move-in easy. My roommate will also be subleasing their room, so if you're looking with a friend, both rooms may be available but that's totally optional. The rent in this case will be $2250. There is also a one-time $300 sublet fee required before leasing, which we can split if needed. You will still complete a standard application through the leasing office, but no co-signer or deposit is required. For payment, you would send monthly rent and expenses to me before the 1st, and I will handle paying everything through my account.
