7 blocks from the center of downtown Flagstaff. Just over a block from Thorpe Park and access to National forest.… Within walking and biking to many amenities. I bought this property in 2010. This 1920s house I remodeled throughly, yet left the historical elements. The Living Room has a high curved ceiling. The kitchen opens to the back patio with fencing for privacy. There is off street parking for two vehicles. Fully furnished. This home has been a short term rental (AirBNB) for 7 years. Very well kept, quality finishes and furnishings, and well organized. The yard is shared with two other homes one long term and the other a short term vacation rental. I plan to install a storage shed as part of my long term rental plan. I can offer a cleaning service and require a monthly inspection to check for things that may need repair. No smoking tobacco. Pets are negotiable. I very much want to find a tenant that appreciates what this house has to offer and will do my best to accommodate the tenants also.
