Home has older windows with storm windows and screens. All windows open but a couple may have trouble staying up in a locked position. All carpets were professionally cleaned after photos were taken. Home is well maintained, very clean, everything is in working order and upgrades are done regularly but it's not a top to bottom new renovation.
In-person showings are not allowed until June 5th. 12 month lease preferred.
