Lease terms

Lease Term Oakview Garden Apartments requires a 12-month lease for all new residents. Utilities A mandatory Utility Fee of $90 per month will be charged in addition to the monthly rent. This fee covers: Water Sewer Trash Collection Electricity is not included and must be established in the resident's name prior to move-in. Residents are responsible for maintaining electric service throughout the duration of the lease. Renters Insurance Renters insurance is required for all residents throughout the lease term. Proof of an active renters insurance policy must be provided prior to move-in and maintained for the duration of the lease. Residents are responsible for notifying management of any policy changes or renewals. Resident Responsibilities Residents agree to: Pay rent and utility fees on or before the due date each month. Maintain active electric service in their name at all times. Maintain the required renters insurance policy throughout the lease. Comply with all community rules, lease provisions, and applicable laws. Promptly report maintenance concerns to the management office. By signing a lease at Oakview Garden Apartments, residents acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to these lease terms and resident responsibilities.
