The use of fireplaces is not included with the rental. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Smoking of any kind is absolutely prohibited inside the property; any evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee. Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund. All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID and verify with a "selfie" to the management company's secure portal before check-in. A formal written rental agreement must be signed. The primary guest must be 25+ years old and personally occupy the property for the full stay. A 3.5% processing fee will be applied to reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company. Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property.
