Under the terms of the lease: - Owner pays for heat, water, sewer, snow removal, and maintenance. - Tenant pays for their electricity, cable TV, internet, and any other utilities. - Tenant may use the existing washer and dryer, but is responsible for repairs or replacements. - Tenant has use of the front and back porches, and the front garden plot to the left of the stone walkway leading from the driveway to the front door. - Tenant has use of the attached garage and its storage space, and may park a 2nd car in front of the garage. - Tenant must not set thermostat below 55 degrees or above 72 degrees. - No dogs allowed, up to two cats allowed. - Tenant must keep the property clean, safe, quiet, and intact, and observe all rules listed in the lease.
