In unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, forced air heating, private outdoor patio area, pets accepted on a per case basis (limit 2 per unit due to condo association rules). Assigned parking space just outside unit, and ample visitor parking. Neighborhood is safe and quiet with easy access to grocery stores, gas stations, and pharmacies just blocks away. As a Norwalk resident, you will be able to apply for beach access with your car registration as well as library privileges and other town amenities. NO SMOKERS PLEASE
