This spacious, light and airy 1 bedroom has a large open plan kitchen/dining room with gorgeous silver tin ceilings, a spacious living room and a beautiful master bedroom with a ceiling fan and gold painted (!) tin ceilings.
This unit has off-street parking for one vehicle. The unit has a modern natural gas fired hot water baseboard heating system. The kitchen a stainless-steel French door refrigerator and gas cooking on a stainless range. The apartment has washer and dryer hook ups in the kitchen.
This apartment is located on the second floor of a ten-apartment building sharing the access staircase/hallway with just one other apartment.
You should be aware that this is an urban setting on busy West Main Street (Route 2) with the railroad (3 or 4 trains a day) located behind the building. However, this setting makes it very close to MASS MOCA - in fact it's porch overlooks the Mass Moca campus and it is less than a 3-minute walk from downtown. In this sense, the place lends itself to car-less living.
