Lease terms

Lease Terms: $2,350 monthly rent with a minimum 24-month (2-year) lease term. A $2,350 security deposit is due at lease signing. A $50 application fee per adult applicant is required. All applicants are subject to income verification, credit screening, background screening, and rental-history requirements. Tenant Requirements & Policies: Tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property. No pets are permitted. Renters insurance is required and proof of active coverage must be provided before move-in. A $2,350 security deposit is due at lease signing. Rent is due according to the terms specified in the lease. Late rent is subject to a $100 initial late fee plus $20 per day thereafter, following any grace period required by Texas law and subject to applicable legal limits and the terms of the signed lease.
