Applicants with income below this threshold may be considered on a case-by-case basis based on overall qualifications. Preferred minimum credit score of 620. Applications below 620 will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Prospective tenants must complete a brief pre-screening questionnaire before scheduling a showing. Showings will be scheduled for applicants who meet the initial qualification requirements. Selected applicants will complete the Zillow application, including Zillow's credit and background screening, and provide proof of income and employment. Rental history will also be considered. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant must comply with all HOA rules, regulations, and community guidelines. Renters insurance is required prior to move-in.
