Agave House is a 3 bed 1.5 bath house, there is an attached studio apartment that is rented separately. Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom has two twin beds (please note the twin bedroom does not have a window though it does have a skylight. Living room with couch, large screen tv, updated and stocked kitchen, and private laundry. Front yard has a sliding gate and a patio area with a dining set and charcoal grill. Barelas is an up-and-coming neighborhood with quirky New Mexico charm- murals, secret parks, hole in the wall restaurants and a unique vibe. Our house is on a small quiet street. It is a 5 min walk to the Bosque trails /Tingley beach area, the famed Barelas Coffee House, the Rail Yards Market, ABQ biopark and other shops/restaurants downtown. The Amtrak station to Santa Fe is a 20 min walk, and UNM/CNM , Isotopes stadium, the hospitals are a 20 min bike/10 min drive . Great public transportation access!
