NOTICE: We are looking for two summer tenants to SUBLEASE between May 15th - August 15th (or slightly longer, depending on agreement with current tenant). The entire attic room can accommodate two people willing to share the room for $355/per person (or $710 for a single person). Tenant will be responsible for payment of all utilities, gas, and internet. Tenants are responsible for lawn care and snow removal. No pets are allowed, and therefore the house has been free of pets for a very long time (no pet dandruff, etc.) Clean, bright, well-maintained home in an excellent location within walking distance to SDSU and downtown Brookings (no SDSU parking permit needed)! Two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level. One bedroom upstairs. Two bedrooms, a living area, and a bathroom in the basement. Fenced backyard with deck. This is *not* your standard college dump rental. It was the primary residence for the owner, and has been well-maintained during its short rental history.
