All utilities (electric, gas, water/sewer, trash and Wifi are the renter's responsibility and are not included in the the monthly rental price. The lease term is for a minimum of one year and can be renewed annually or month-to-month basis. After the lease term, renters can terminate the rent with 30 days' notice. A standard lease agreement and pet lease agreement (if applicable) will be signed before move-in date and a security deposit needs to be deposited upon signing of the lease and the first month's rent paid on or before move-in date. This property is a certified green-built, energy efficient, healthy and comfortable home. We do not allow smoking in the premises (inside and outside) and/or cats to be kept in the property to allow us to rent to persons who have asthma and allergy issues. Renters are expected to surrender the home in as good condition as during move-in date (normal wear and tear excepted) upon termination of the rent. We request prompt notification concerning any issues that make the home substandard. Landscaping must be maintained and xeriscaped plants irrigated periodically during the growing season.
