Walking distance to the main downtown area and you can even walk to the Event Site. If you are a kiteboarder you can look out the window and see what size kites people have up. This apartment is very comfortable and has a terrific view!

You won't have to worry about parking downtown because you will be living downtown. Having the laundry-coin station in the building is very handy. Each apartment has its own mail box.
