Quiet enjoyment, NO loud parties and please be respectful of neighbors from 10pm-8am. Garbage is to be taken out weekly and is picked up on Wednesdays. Use of mailbox can be arranged. No commercial activities are allowed without express consent of owner. Absolutely NO smoking. No events are allowed.
