We are open to lease agreements from 9-36 months. Longer leases will be prioritized. This is a well furnished rental, includes linens and kitchen equipment, and the listed monthly rental rate reflects this significant added value -- however we are open to unfurnishing it for two or three year lease. This home was previously listed on Airbnb and received hundreds of 5 star ratings, but we are no longer allowed to do that because of city laws. Some utilities may be included. We would accept up to 2 dogs, who must not be left outside in the yard to bark out of respect for neighbors. We cannot accept cats under any circumstances. There are up to 2 parking spots in the garage or 3 in the driveways. There is room for 1 longer full sized truck in the side driveway. No street parking is allowed. No smoking on property. Landlords are present in town and able to respond promptly to reasonable requests for support. Tenants are responsible for lawn maintenance and to fix or replace anything broken due to misuse. Natural wear and tear is expected. A cleaning fee is assessed during a final inspection and may be deducted from the security deposit along with any damages depending on how tenants leave the property. An invoice of all repairs and cleaning fees will be provided for transparency.
