Lease Terms for "The Baltimore 1. Duration This lease is available for one room for a minimum of 90 days. 2. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes all indoor areas and common spaces. Tenants wishing to smoke must do so outside, adhering to local regulations regarding smoking near buildings. 3. Parking One parking spot is available in the driveway behind the house, with additional street parking subject to local regulations. The driveway spot is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 4. Pet Policy Pets are not permitted on the premises to maintain the comfort and safety of all tenants. 5. Fees and Deposits - Rent: per room, per month. - Security Deposit: 1 month's rent amount (refundable, subject to terms of lease). - Application Fee: $47 (non-refundable). - Cleaning Fee: $50 (non-refundable). 6. Maintenance Responsibilities - Tenants are responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of their rented room. - Common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and dining room should be kept tidy and clean after use. - Tenants must adhere to the property's recycling and trash disposal guidelines. - Any damages or maintenance issues in the room or common areas must be reported to the property manager immediately. 7. Lease Agreement Compliance All tenants are required to adhere to the lease terms and house rules. Failure to comply with these terms may result in penalties, including possible eviction. Please read and understand these terms thoroughly before signing the lease. Your signature on the lease agreement indicates your agreement to abide by these terms and conditions. We do not accept a reusable tenant screening report.
