The condo is unfurnished, and all appliances are here, including a washer / dryer. This unit is on the 2nd floor, only share one wall, and there is no elevator. Your own two-car garage, not the community type. Carpeting in the loft, otherwise, there are hard surfaces everywhere else.
This complex called City Scene (150 feet over looking Fashion Valley Mall) has a rectangular, and heated swimming pool that is not just the 'get-wet' type, but 35 laps to a mile, a large whirlpool / Jacuzzi and a small exercise room. It is extremely easy to get here too - only a one-minute drive from the I-163 freeway and Friars Road exit, or just walk 3-minutes to the nearest bus stop, or only a 15-minute walk to the Fashion Valley mall trolley stop. No smokers, NO PETS and no live plants inside of this condo, but if you have any plants, they must kept on the patio. The Internet and / or cable TV is totally your expense.
