Lease terms

Utilities: Tenant is responsible for payment of all water and electricity bills during the lease term. No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. Pets: Pets may be permitted subject to landlord approval, established criteria, and any applicable pet deposit or fees. Property Care: Tenant is expected to keep the home clean, sanitary, and well maintained and to take reasonable care of the property, appliances, fixtures, flooring, and other provided items. Damage & Repairs: Tenant is responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any damage caused by the tenant, occupants, guests, or pets beyond normal wear and tear. Repair Charges: Any repair, service call, replacement, or other expense resulting from tenant-caused damage, misuse, negligence, or failure to properly care for the property may be charged to the tenant, in accordance with the lease and applicable law. Reporting Issues: Any damage, leak, malfunction, or maintenance concern must be reported promptly to the landlord to prevent further damage. Rules & Compliance: Tenant must comply with all terms of the lease agreement and applicable HOA/community rules.
