The security deposit is $3,400, lease is for a 1 year term minimum. Water and trash pick up are included in the rent. We are private owners and are very responsive. We enjoy taking the time to upgrade and clean our properties, as if we were living there, not just going with the cheapest option because it's a rental. We find that when we go the extra mile to make our properties nice, we get high quality renters as a result.

This unit is on the ground floor, and is an end unit, located away from the road, so there is very little traffic or road noise. The patio has 180 degree view of nothing but trees and the creek. The complex is very well kept, and secure, with gated access to mail boxes, 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, sauna, gym, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball court, billiards room, and gas BBQ grills. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a creek, nearby running/biking trails, and lots of old growth oak trees. The condo is 1215 square feet. It has new paint and carpet, as well as new LED recessed lighting though out all the bedrooms, kitchen, hallway and family room. The kitchen includes all appliances; fridge with ice maker, dish washer, microwave, oven, garbage disposal); new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, and under-cabinet led lighting. There is an in-unit laundry room with washer and dryer, with additional storage. Unit has central heat and air conditioning; dual pane windows. The family room has crown molding, a fireplace, and a patio with storage closet. All three bedrooms are large, perfect for distance learning or home offices. Master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub with 2 shower heads. One guest bedroom has a door to the patio, the other guest bedroom has a walk in closet. All bedrooms get great morning light. There is a detached one car garage, and one assigned parking spot. There is plenty of guest parking in the complex as well. The front door lock has a keypad for keyless entry, and one button press locking feature. The dimmer switches in all the bedrooms and family room are Alexa compatible, and include a bedside remote control. The thermostat can be controlled via phone app (Sensi).
