The unit is down a dirt road in the middle of Reno which has the ambiance of living out in the country, even though you are close to a lot of amenities, Coffee Bar McCarran less than a mile away. The added benefit of the dirt road is the neighborhood is calm and quiet. The inside the studio is separated into three areas. The kitchen is separated from the living area, and the bathroom. The Kitchen is fully functional with a good size refrigerator along fully functional electric stove/oven range. Heat is electric base-board heating, and A/C is within the unit. There is a patio area back of the studio surrounded with a garden area on automatic sprinklers. Include in the monthly price is water, trash, and sewer. There will not be any added hidden fees on the monthly rent other than the tenant's is responsible for electric, internet, and cable. Power has been running around $60 with heat and appliances running. Entertainment (internet or cable) is not included, though it is provided in the area. There are no hidden fees in the rent price. Add ons to rent is additional parking (Boat, Rv), pet services. Parking if free and close to the unit and is available to the tenant and their guests. Coin operated laundry onsite, $1 for wash and $1 for dryer. Please reply to this ad. I will reply within 24 hours if you do not see a reply please check your spam folder.
