Lease terms

1. Credit for each occupant over the age of 18. Minimum credit score of 700 for each person. For college students with no or little credit history, we require a co-signer. Each co-signer must have a credit score of 700 or higher. 2. Must have a minimum of 2 years of employment with the same employer and must have income 3x of rent. College student does not have to be employed. Co-signer must be meet above criteria. 3. Background check must come back clear 4. $100 application/background check fee (non-refundable) for each person over 18 years old. No pets. All utilities and lawn maintenance to be paid for by the renter. Non-smoking property. Section 8 housing applications are not accepted.
