Lease terms

Property is currently occupied. Please do not bother the current tenant. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Credit/criminal background check is required along with the rental application for a $35.00 fee if you apply outside of Zillow. First and last months rent and deposit of $2,500.00 is required upon acceptance of the application. The deposit is refundable with the exception of a $400 cleaning fee and/or if any damage repairs are required after departure. Renter is responsible for paying all utilities (water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric). Renter is responsible for watering and maintaining the lawn October-March (mower provided), while the landlord will provide lawn service mid March- the end of September. Renter and family will have full access to all the Lochmoor Club facilities as long as the renter and guests abide by the POA rules and guidelines. Privileges will be revoked by the POA if the rules are not followed. Pets are negotiable on a case-by-case basis with a non-refundable pet deposit. No smoking 12 month lease or longer Will consider a 6 month lease for an additional monthly fee. Appliances -Refrigerator -Dishwasher -Oven/Range -The option to use the provided washer and dryer is available, however, if any repairs or issues arise the they will have to be covered at the tennant's expense.
