Zillow application for anyone 18 and over living in the home. Rent based on single occupancy. All interested parties must submit pre-showing survey to set up a showing time. Send email to request pre-showing survey. No animals. Non-smoking home and no smoking on the property. Applicants must be able to provide completed application with proof of income, rental history, and place utilities in their name. Income must equal 2.5 XS monthly rent and list all debts. $1,000 SD and $925 +$50 utility fee (first month's rent) due for move in. No past evictions or recent filings in court by landlord, and no outstanding debts to any former landlords. No past felonies for violent crimes. Accepts Section 8 if voucher meets rent qualifications. 6 month or 12 month lease options. $75 leasing fee. $925 + $50 utility fee includes basic electric, water/sewer, trash container, recycle, access to laundry room. Tenant pays gas, use of electric for an ac, internet, and coin operated laundry. Lawn care included. Tenant responsible for snow removal of their walk ways.
