Lease terms
Renter is responsible for all utilities. One month rent will be collected at the start of the lease as a security deposit. Pets may or may not be allowed depending on type, breed, and size. If approved, there is a $250 non-refundable fee per pet that is paid by the tenant. Damage caused by pet or otherwise will be deducted from security deposit. It's the renters responsibility to maintain the yard (i.e. mowing, weed control, and watering grass). A washer and dryer is not provided but the laundry room has washer/dryer hookups. Tenants will be required to complete Zillow's credit report background check, prior landlord tenant verification, and income & employment history prior to approval.
