Lease terms

Landlord covers HOA dues, which include tenant access to all Waters Edge community amenities, including the neighborhood pool, fitness center, playgrounds, clubhouse, walking trails, and common areas. Routine landscaping maintenance is also included and covered by the landlord, including lawn mowing and standard exterior upkeep, helping ensure a low-maintenance living experience for tenants. Tenant is responsible for utilities, internet/cable services, and maintaining the property in clean and good condition throughout the lease term. No smoking permitted inside the home. Washer, dryer, and all kitchen appliances are included with the lease. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with landlord approval and additional pet deposit or pet rent, if applicable. Landlord will maintain HOA compliance requirements and exterior community standards. Tenant agrees to comply with all neighborhood HOA rules and regulations during occupancy.
