Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There are absolutely no parties or events allowed in the home or on the property. Smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property, and violations will result in immediate departure without a refund. A 2-night minimum stay is required. All local guests (Akron-based) must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property and provide a detailed explanation for renting. Any damaged property must be reported to the host. All guests must have a complete profile with a verified ID and a profile picture. All guests on the reservation must be included in the total number. Any uncleaned vomit or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest. Kayaking and swimming in the lake are at your own risk.
