I appreciate the interest, and usually won't consider renting to women due to the nature of our close living proximity I have a girlfriend, can she stay the night? Since we share walls, I would say that this is probably not the home for you and would recommend a space that has more privacy and won't cause any tension between you and other tenants. What is the lease term? We sign lease agreements that are month to month and auto-renew every month indefinitely.
