Waterfront FURNISHED vacation home. No smoking allowed on the premises. Owner provides landscape maintenance. Tenant contracts for electricity. Tenant reimburses owner for garbage, water/sewer & cable internet. Perfect for 1-2 adults that can remotely work from home, enjoy the view and get away from the city. Positive rental references, proof of employment and good credit history above 650 is necessary. Maximum occupancy of 4 people. If interested in a long term option will consider for a higher rent of $3,300 per month for a 12-18 month lease Experian or Transunion Tenant screening required - $47.00 per applicant. Required terms, disclosures, and details: Screening Criteria: -Minimum household income 3 x monthly rent. -Proof of sufficient current income (Two most recent paycheck stubs from your current employer) -Proof of current employment (or verifiable income or liquid assets equal to two (2) times the total annual rent) -Minimum credit score 650 and no negatives on report -Three years of positive, verifiable rental or mortgage history from a current (within 12 months) third party. Applicants must be named on a rental agreement. Home owners must submit proof of home ownership via a deed or tax assessment. -Cosigners not accepted -No screenshots; only actual documents -Screening fee: $47/adult tenant -Upon signing the lease, tenant will be required to pay the sum of first months rent, the security deposit of $3000 must be paid before the tenant can take occupancy. -Renters liability insurance of $300,000 is required and must list the owner as an additional interest Applications: -Applications will only be given to those that have viewed the property with owner. -Each applicant age 18 or older must submit a separate, complete application along with a copy of their valid photo ID. -Complete applications are processed in the order received. -If your application is not complete, we will move on to the next complete application. -Applications will not be considered complete until the online application has been filled out completely and all application screening fees have been received. -Incomplete applications may be denied.
