Since this property has a shared common space, I'm looking for conscientious individuals who clean up after themselves and will maintain a respectful environment in the living space and with the other housemates.
The available bedrooms rents range from $625-$745/month. The price is mainly dependent on the room's size and amenities.
Internet is included in rent, but gas, water, and electricity are separate.
The common spaces (not the bedrooms) are tastefully furnished and decorated, as seen in pictures.
Some bedrooms are available in early July and the rest in early August (with flexibility). Leases are year-long.
There may be an occasional cleaning service with a cost split by all people living at the house.
Common space has a washer, dryer, and the essential major appliances, including a mini fridge for extra storage in addition to a full-sized fridge.
The parking is public on-street, but there are always usually spots just across N Belvidere St, about 100 ft from the property.
