All of our complexes feature 2-story 3 bed/3 bath floorplans with 1 downstairs bed/bath unit (Room A - 10x11sqft) and 2 upstairs bed/bath units (Room B & Room C - each 13x11sqft). The units are rented out per room with each roommate having their own lease. Rent: The rent per month at each complex is includes water, trash, and sewer. Internet and electricity is not included. You and your roommates can choice or shop around for the cheapest energy provider as you will be paying the electric bill. Amenities: Each apartment comes with a refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. All baths are private en suite. The apartments at 555 S Lillian St, 561 S Second Ave, and 402 S Garrett St each have small fenced backyards. Pets: Allowed with owner approval , pet agreement and separate deposit. Approval: If your application is approved, you will need to pay the $500 security deposit to hold a unit.
