Partial utilities included! Water and trash is included in rent. Pets are considered with an additional fully refundable pet deposit of 250. Cats have no deposit. No barking dogs please. Owner managed. Fenced back yard and off street parking. Upgraded bathrooms and flooring. Deposits can be pro-rated rated out over several months if needed. We do not have application fees and do not have non refundable deposits. We are very good about getting repair folks out if needed and are generally very easy landlords. We ask no sanitary stuff goes down the toilets and no open fires in the backyard. No smoking inside the home. Ac/furnace filters are tenant responsibility monthly while in use, and super basic repairs like changing light bulbs will be tenant responsibility as well as anything broken by tenant, but we are always available if you need help figuring out what to do. Tenant will have to clean upon lease end and allow landlord to show the home when getting ready for rent again, keeping it showable and tidy at that time. Tenant will be responsible for keeping front porch, and parking area and backyard clear of weeds, trash and snow.
