This home includes 10 beach tags conveniently collected on a lanyard, 10 beach chairs, 2 coolers, a wagon/cart, and an umbrella. Off-street parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, with 1 in the garage and one in the parking area, plus ample free and metered street parking in the neighborhood. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags are provided. All bedding and a full set of bath towels are provided. A washer and dryer are in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

Quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 8am. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, and vapes. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID and verify with a "selfie" to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in.
