There is also a spacious dining area for enjoying meals together. Enjoy the private front porch to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze, as well as the 2 Juliet-style balconies in the primary bedroom and one of the guest rooms. The property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags. All bedding, as well as a full set of bath towels, are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy! This home is equipped with central heating and air, plus an in-unit washer and dryer.
Off-street parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, 1 in the garage and one in the parking area, plus ample free and metered street parking in the neighborhood. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and the overall community at all times. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero-tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. Smoking is permitted outside and well away from any doors or windows, and all debris must be cleaned up. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For listings marked "no pets," this is strictly enforced.
