Optional full golf membership with a one-time $535 transfer fee includes 27 holes of championship golf, on an Arthur Hill designed professional golf course, 9 har-tru lighted tennis courts, 8 pickle-ball courts, basketball courts, two resort style swimming pools, spa, fitness centers, bar and tiki bar. Open/community play for tennis and Pickleball.
Depending on the length of the rental, owner will share the expense of the membership transfer.
Clubhouse restaurant is available without membership transfer.
You will find something new to do here every day.
