Please call us at first to discuss your housing requirements. I will NOT schedule an appointment at the property until we have this phone converstion first. This call allows me to ask some questions so that I know you will pass our basic requirements for renting to your family. This call will actually save us time in the long run, and you can get any questions answered you may have, and we get a chance to know each other. We will verify all applications for verification of employment, credit history, criminal background checks and your past rental history . If everything checks out positive on our phone call we will then schedule a time for you to meet us at the property. An application will be available there for you to fill out, and then we will verify all information. This process can normally be done within 48 hours. There is a $60.00 application fee. The Landlord pays for the water & sewer fees along with lawn mowing. You will be responsible for obtaining service from H.P.U.D. for electricity and gas. You will also be responsible to contract for a commercial trash service for trash removal, or you can take your trash to a local service center in Halls. Smoking is NOT permitted in the unit. Small pets under 25 pounds allowed with a monthly pet fee and deposit. The original lease term is for one year. There is parking for 2 cars / trucks.
