The main level of the home has a large open living and dining area with a wood burning stove, which opens up to the deck overlooking the lake. The primary bedroom with bath, a queen bedroom, and a full bath are also on the main level. Downstairs you will find the large third bedroom, with a queen bed, murphy bed, built in desks and a TV. This room has plenty of space for activities so the whole family can spread out. Off the third bedroom is another bathroom and laundry room. There is also access to the outside from the third bedroom.
Right outside your front door there is a charming path that takes you just a few steps down to the beach where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and much more. You are walking distance to hiking, and mountain bike riding in Sugar Point State Park and the Tahoe National Forest. Just across the street from Waters Edge there are the conveniences of the charming little town of Tahoma which includes the new and highly acclaimed Dog and Bear Tavern / Restaurant, the "Where We Met" coffee and gelato shop, Cult Burger, the newly remodeled and upgraded Tahoma Market and deli, the Tahoma Post Office & more. There are also many fine West Shore restaurants nearby for dining out & Tahoe city is only 15 minutes & offers many more dining and shopping options. Homewood Mountain resort is your closest ski area with Palisades Tahoe & Alpine Meadows just 20-30 minutes away.
Two vehicle limit per unit, one marked/assigned and one first come first serve in the additional guest parking area. RV's and trailers are not allowed. No buoy access.
