We are not a big rental company - We will offer you family service and our best effort to make your apartment home for the next few years. We own, manage and maintain your apartment, so we care about you and your rental. This is not a new building, but the remodeled space is excellent and our goal is to maintain and improve the property. The building still has remodeling to be completed, so you will still have to put up with some painting and updating to be finished in the halls and shared areas. The apartments are a block from campus. We are sorry we do not allow pets. We do require - one year leases, a security deposit and a parental or sponsor guarantee.
