Terms - Up to 6 months but will not be extended passed the end of November. Renter pays for electric via FPL. Water will be paid directly to landlord with itemised meter reading monthly. Internet- Payment up front for the monthly internet. No pets , No smoking inside. Off road parking for 3 cars. This house has just been fully renovated and comes fully furnished throughout. So everything you see is brand new, all new appliances beds, mattresess, kitchenware etc..... It is situated on a duplex plot which is separated by a privacy fence with fairy lights. So this is the front house then a large garden and at the back of the garden is a 2 bed 1 bath unit which has its own entrance to the side of the house.The house has a great front porch which would be good for coffee mornings and also a well maintained front garden area. The back garden will be a smaller area next to the terrace which can be used for grilling. During the months of July-Oct we will be building a pool. However this wont be visible due to privacy fence. All the machinery is also done down the side of the house. No work will be done at weekends. We are also looking to enclose the dining area at the back and bring this as part of the house so dining can be enjoyed with AC. However this will only take 2 days and minimum distruption.
