Lease terms

The monthly rent for the condominium is $2,500 and is due on the 1st day of each month. The lease term is six (6) months. A refundable security deposit of $2,500 is required prior to move-in. Tenants with approved pets must pay a refundable pet deposit of $250 and pet rent of $25 per month per pet. Any late fees will be assessed in accordance with Washington State law and as disclosed in the lease agreement. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two (2) persons. All occupants who are 18 years of age or older must complete an application and be listed on the lease agreement. Subletting, assignment of the lease, or short-term rentals are prohibited without the landlord's prior written consent. The tenant is responsible for payment of all utilities and services associated with the unit, including electricity, water and sewer, garbage, internet, and cable services. No smoking or vaping permitted anywhere inside the unit or on the property.
