Building Requirements/Rules: No smoking allowed anywhere inside the building. All tenants have to pass a comprehensive background check. Move in-and-out will need to be scheduled through the Manhattan property management office. *Proof of renters insurance required. *Minimum 12mo. lease. *Must accommodate The Manhattan's quarterly pest control service. *The condo and appliances must be properly cleaned prior to end of lease.
