Lease terms

Lease: $50 application fee through Rentvine, per person over the age of 18. All application fees are non-refundable. The screening runs- credit, criminal, and eviction history. 3 times the monthly rent is the base income requirement of all parties. Employment and income are verified. Pets are to be approved by the owner. There is a $350- non-refundable initial pet fee per pet. Each pet must go through pet screening; depending on the screening results, there may be an additional monthly pet fee. It can range from $25 to $80 dollars a month, all depending on screening results. The tenant Benefit package through Second Nature is a mandatory $50 a month fee it includes renters insurance, 90-day filters, and much more. One-year lease. No Smoking. Yard care and utilities are all the tenant's responsibility.
