Everything is newly renovated, insulated and efficient, so the utilities are very low and the noise is super quiet, even just half a block from Findlay Market. This is the first time this apartment has come on the market since the building was fully renovated in 2020 because our renters tend to stay much longer than most buildings, so I'm looking forward to finding the next person to join the building :)

The building with that amazing BLINK mural that everyone talks about! Live half a block from Findlay Market in this newly renovated apartment!… one of the best places to hang out in all of Cincinnati and the best of OTR.
Large new windows bring in huge amounts of natural light. Beautiful contemporary finishes within the historic feel of high ceilings, original woodwork, and the hardwood floors are gorgeous! The kitchen is perfect when you have friends over for whatever you picked up earlier in the day from the Findlay Market. 7 W Elder is in the heart of the Brewery District with plenty to do within walking distance. Entertainment is easy to find in the many great places that have sprung up around Findlay to make this the new big thing in OTR.
The floor plan is quiet and perfect for urban living - we're looking forward to finding someone great to join our happy little building.
It's really a fantastic place to live. Units here tend to rent out the first week they're listed, so give me a call or text if you're interested (texts get to me more quickly than email does right now).
